Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gregório Neiva started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Mexico booed when Mira United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ademar Ramires didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Abar's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Abar helped the player get up and apologised. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eriberto Bonadona saved Mira United FC from getting behind. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregório Neiva in the 23rd minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match Mira United FC got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feng Cheng Ling ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Rodolfo Pires heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 36 minutes into the match, Gregório Neiva notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gregório Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eriberto Bonadona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 47th minute. The Mexico players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mira United FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eriberto Bonadona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 51st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Gregório Neiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregório Neiva. The supporters of Mira United FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Leoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Bonadona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eriberto Bonadona was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mira United FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
