Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Moises Fernandino started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Abram Luque. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berea Luca, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, FC Berea's Ricardo Zorita threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rodion Cămătaru, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Berea were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after El Salvador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodion Cămătaru took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Rodion Cămătaru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ricardo Zorita quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Eric Dărmănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodion Cămătaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodion Cămătaru in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, FC Berea's Rodion Cămătaru ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Adrian Hâldan made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Berea Luca. In the 44th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodion Cămătaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Berea Luca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Berea Luca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berea Luca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berea Luca took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 61st minute, Berea Luca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Dacian Iurea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Moises Fernandino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 71 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodion Cămătaru in the 75th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodion Cămătaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Yepes hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basarab Arotăriței, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Dacian Iurea made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute, Jesus Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Berea's Basarab Arotăriței got a free kick in the 95th minute. FC Berea's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
