Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Berganza kicked off to start the match. In the 9th minute, Rosario Vilanova made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Abraham Alguacil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Curro Quevedo. That made the score 1-1 after 12 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Born To Win F.C.'s Saturnino Ledo got a free kick in the 15th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Berganza got free with Curro Quevedo in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Born To Win F.C.'s Curro Quevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 20th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Curro Quevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. If Isidoro Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Ledo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Curro Quevedo. Born To Win F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. In the 42nd minute, Gaizka Aballe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Born To Win F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 46th minute, Panama's Abraham Alguacil ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Curro Quevedo. Curro Quevedo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaizka Aballe was the one to do the kick off. Curro Quevedo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Abraham Alguacil. But to his dismay, Abraham Alguacil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Gaizka Aballe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cordeiro Comas fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Born To Win F.C.'s protests and gave Cordeiro Comas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Born To Win F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordeiro Comas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Born To Win F.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Nono Ramis hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Curro Quevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Born To Win F.C. getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Saturnino Ledo hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosario Vilanova, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Curro Quevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 65th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Born To Win F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cordeiro Comas. Born To Win F.C.'s Curro Quevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 67th minute of play. Alex Cambeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Cambeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. In the 70th minute of the match Saturnino Ledo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alex Cambeiro got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 71st minute. 75 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Curro Quevedo. Born To Win F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Berganza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Dylan Sarmiento hit a great ball. In the 80th match minute, Born To Win F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordeiro Comas to maneuver through the defense. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Panama players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
