Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Selman İlkcan started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Curacao's zone, Selman İlkcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal and Selman İlkcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diriliş Trabzonspor were furious when Arda Göksel Erez was red carded, 7 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Arda Göksel Erez kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanley Wallace, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Gafur Yarlık shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Kyle Davies from long distance, 19 minutes into the match, got Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 20 minutes into the match, Diriliş Trabzonspor's Selman İlkcan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A hard shot 27 in the game by Troy Kennedy from a close distance when the talented Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz managed to make a qualified save. Diriliş Trabzonspor's players were relieved. In the 31st minute of the match Rıfkı Hazar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rocco Owen kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Selman İlkcan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Troy Kennedy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taci Durul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selman İlkcan in the 47th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Diriliş Trabzonspor were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kyle Davies made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selman İlkcan's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Diriliş Trabzonspor's Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanley Wallace in the 63rd minute of play. Ahmet Seyfi Yücel kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes, Curacao's Kyle Davies shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Curacao reached it. Gafur Yarlık recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Troy Kennedy hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Taci Durul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 76 minutes, Selman İlkcan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diriliş Trabzonspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selman İlkcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Troy Kennedy went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gafur Yarlık got free with Bruno Barrett in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Charles Cox kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Selman İlkcan struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diriliş Trabzonspor. In the 95th minute Selman İlkcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diriliş Trabzonspor's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
