The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Arnas during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Arnas hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s Marcelo Cresenciano got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roque Precioso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Arnas, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Marcelo Cresenciano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristo Domenec having to make a save. The referee ignored Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s protests and gave Romeo Pacho a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Quien Te iba a Decir..... was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Pacho to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Jorge Arnas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roque Precioso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Iigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Romeo Pacho was shown his second yellow card after 42 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Roque Precioso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Iigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute of the match Cristian Neron sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Precioso skillfully saved the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelo Cresenciano to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Roque Precioso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 58th minute Marcelo Cresenciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Domenec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roque Precioso was a little too slow when Jorge Arnas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Jorge Arnas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guns And Roses's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Arnas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Precioso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Cresenciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Cristo Domenec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Marcelo Cresenciano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Cresenciano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Domenec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Quien Te iba a Decir.....'s zone, Alvaro Iigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Precioso came out of the goal and Alvaro Iigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Astor Garaona kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Ramiro Abeitia kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. If Marcelo Cresenciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
