Martin Indartsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Prudencio Lluciano made a huge save. Tiburcio Quintun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Lluciano having to interfere. Prudencio Lluciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Indartsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Yala defense, Natalio Elivareo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prudencio Lluciano. The Yala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Lluciano should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Yala's goalkeeper Prudencio Lluciano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Kinsen. 34 minutes into the game, Placido Nisio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alzaga FC the free kick. Placido Nisio kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Alzaga FC's Natalio Elivareo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Prudencio Lluciano but with some difficulty. When Mauro Vellito fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yala's protests and gave Mauro Vellito a yellow card for diving instead. Mauro Vellito kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Martin Indartsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Prudencio Lluciano made a huge save. In the 43rd minute, Alzaga FC's Natalio Elivareo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bonifacio Romero made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Elivareo in the 53rd minute of play forced Yala's goalkeeper Prudencio Lluciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yala's Prudencio Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Elivareo in the 58th minute of play. Prudencio Lluciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the game, Alzaga FC's Manuel Ekain nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prudencio Lluciano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Yala's Prudencio Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Fernández in the 65th minute of play. Martin Indartsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Lluciano having to interfere. Martin Indartsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prudencio Lluciano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Indartsu ran back to his position shaking his head. When Emanuel Kinsen came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Alzaga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Kinsen couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Natalio Elivareo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Prudencio Lluciano was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Yala's Prudencio Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Elivareo in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Yala's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Natalio Elivareo was slow to take the kick. During this time Alzaga FC's players had a chance to rest. If Natalio Elivareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 94 minutes, Emanuel Kinsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alzaga FC and the Yala players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yala made a substitution. Filiberto Formerio replaced Apolo Sarracino. Emanuel Kinsen kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
