Conan Ledesma was a little too slow when Pablo Lizzio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 14th match minute, Alzaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Elivareo to maneuver through the defense. Baltasar Gaitan's late challenge caught a Alzaga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltasar Gaitan helped the player get up and apologised. Nacho Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Indartsu in the 17th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Natalio Elivareo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conan Ledesma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Elixio in the 31st minute. Conan Ledesma made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Pablo Lizzio sent off a good shot on target. If Pablo Lizzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Lizzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Conan Ledesma made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Vinicio Gerazan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Conan Ledesma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar Gaitan in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Alzaga FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Severo Gilen hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Baldomero Gaitan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Conan Ledesma skillfully saved the ball. The audience cheered when Baldomero Gaitan's long shot passed Conan Ledesma's right side. It was 2-0, 57 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, one of Cable a Tierra:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cable a Tierra. Conan Ledesma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Gaitan in the 69th minute of the match. When Manuel Ekain fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alzaga FC's protests and gave Manuel Ekain a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Manuel Ekain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alzaga FC made a substitution. Paolo Platon replaced Apolo Cordarryl. Cable a Tierra's Maximino Timo was substituted for Reynaldo Lauren. Cable a Tierra's Angelo Erauso was substituted for Cosme Turi. In the 74th match minute, Alzaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Ekain to maneuver through the defense.
