Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Peracal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Nicanor Rosete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicanor Rosete despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Ronaldinho Maujo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Honorato Donis fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peracal FC's protests and gave Honorato Donis a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Peracal FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Donis. After a defensive mix-up in Peracal FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Rosete came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronaldinho Maujo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicanor Rosete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldinho Maujo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Nicanor Rosete came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Nicanor Rosete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play. Nicanor Rosete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Peracal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Nicanor Rosete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Behe Andrada kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Behe Andrada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Rosete breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldinho Maujo made a kick off. After some careless play in the Peracal FC defense, Agustín Saelices kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicanor Rosete. The Peracal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicanor Rosete should have stopped the shot. Ronaldinho Maujo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicanor Rosete. That made the score 1-3 after 60 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 64th minute. Peracal FC made a substitution. Servando Santander replaced Gai Batalle. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Nicanor Rosete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 73rd minute of play. Felix Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicanor Rosete. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Castulo Cosmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Gisbert got a throw-in 89 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luis Andino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Castulo Cosmen in the 91st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Peracal FC's Nicanor Rosete got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Peracal FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicanor Rosete in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Nicanor Rosete made a huge save.
