When Luca Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Zorita couldn't finish the play. Jan-Pieter Haelemans charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Pieter Haelemans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan-Pieter Haelemans kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximino Cesario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of La masia's Maximino Cesario. Maximino Cesario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Maximino Cesario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 95th minute of play. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
