Haiti's attentive Jean Marie Alcius managed to snatch the ball when Şinasi Hilal made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Diriliş Trabzonspor's zone, Jonathan Alphonse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz came out of the goal and Jonathan Alphonse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Alphonse to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, one of Diriliş Trabzonspor:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Haiti a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonathan Alphonse, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Diriliş Trabzonspor's Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz. 1-0. When Ernso Constant came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Haiti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernso Constant couldn't finish the play. Ernso Constant hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Diriliş Trabzonspor's Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernso Constant in the 67th minute of play. After some careless play in the Diriliş Trabzonspor defense, Ernso Constant kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz. The Diriliş Trabzonspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Ernso Constant ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Çağrı Mümtaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jean Marie Alcius. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Selman İlkcan sent off a good shot on target. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selman İlkcan in the 85th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Ernso Constant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Selman İlkcan in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noel Seide prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selman İlkcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gafur Yarlık came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Diriliş Trabzonspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gafur Yarlık couldn't finish the play.
