Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Clayton Gol kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Sheriff getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Dagan Pavlovic hit a great ball. Yahia van der Saar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Sheriff's Natalio Dominguez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jax Williamson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yahia van der Saar made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Rohan Watson sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Dominguez in the 12th minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Canada's Koby Wright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yahia van der Saar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 16th minute, Canada's Koby Wright dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Jax Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clayton Gol in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yahia van der Saar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koby Wright's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yahia van der Saar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After 27 minutes of play Sheriff's Dagan Pavlovic was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Dagan Pavlovic hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Clayton Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clayton Gol in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Damaso Xacintu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jax Williamson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Yahia van der Saar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clayton Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 51st minute Luka Harris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yahia van der Saar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Carter George made a precise shot to the right of Yahia van der Saar. Sheriff's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Yahia van der Saar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sheriff's Yahia van der Saar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koby Wright in the 64th minute of play. Akakios Trachanas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Canada's Prince Anderson was substituted for Carter George. Sheriff's Iraklis Karasavvidis was substituted for Akakios Trachanas. Yahia van der Saar came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Canada's Filip Edwards. But to his dismay, Filip Edwards quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Alejandro Rubin's late challenge caught a Canada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejandro Rubin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sheriff's Alejandro Rubin got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 73rd match minute, Sheriff was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Cordone to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match Jan Dixon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yahia van der Saar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luka Harris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the game, Filip Edwards cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Yahia van der Saar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the match, Sheriff's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Yahia van der Saar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yahia van der Saar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theo Burton in the 86th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sheriff fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! Yahia van der Saar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Filip Edwards took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yahia van der Saar. Yahia van der Saar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Canada's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
