Erik Hegg started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torsten Melberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michel Toledo's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michel Toledo helped the player get up and apologised. Michel Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. PrimeTimeBoys FC's Torsten Melberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Majed Ben Ashimi in the 15th minute of play. Torsten Melberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. PrimeTimeBoys FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Erik Hegg struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PrimeTimeBoys FC. 31 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Hegg. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Majed Ben Ashimis short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 37 minutes into the match, PrimeTimeBoys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Torsten Melberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Erik Hegg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Michel Toledo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Michel Toledo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. If Michel Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Toledo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Erik Hegg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torsten Melberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute, Majed Ben Ashimi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PrimeTimeBoys FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. A collision led to PrimeTimeBoys FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Egil Mellberg hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes PrimeTimeBoys FC got a freekick which was hit by Hampus Hagberg. 74 minutes into the match, PrimeTimeBoys FC's goalkeeper Torsten Melberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on PrimeTimeBoys FC's corner Jēkabs Eizentāls fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Torsten Melberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a rather tough play, PrimeTimeBoys FC's Hampus Hagberg got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Torsten Melberg made a huge save. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Hegg in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Toledo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The PrimeTimeBoys FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
