Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. 楚笑霖 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arsenal FC's 楚笑霖 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobis Joey in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Aaron Ramsey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. 楚笑霖 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. A collision led to Arsenal FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. 高星庭 hit a great ball. Panama's Miguel Miralles got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Berganza kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Saivis Rentovics kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. Saivis Rentovics might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saivis Rentovics ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Arsenal FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee ignored Arsenal FC's protests and gave 邓宇银 a yellow card for diving instead. 邓宇银 kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Arsenal FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Aaron Ramsey hit a great ball. After 73 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Ramsey. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saivis Rentovics in the 79th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. 楚笑霖 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 84th minute. A nice corner shot did that Abraham Alguacil got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 楚笑霖 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saivis Rentovics in the 92nd minute. When Tobis Joey fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arsenal FC's protests and gave Tobis Joey a yellow card for diving instead. Tobis Joey kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Arsenal FC made a substitution. 龙阳升 replaced 钱弘鹰. After a rather tough play, Arsenal FC's Tobis Joey got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Arsenal FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
