Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristiano Correia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Correia in the 6th minute of the match. Ioan Voicu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 9th minute of play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Cristiano Correia sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Correia in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Pitin was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atlético Temperley's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Cristiano Correia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Lopez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 30 minutes, Cristiano Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Temperley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atlético Temperley's Cristiano Correia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 after 33 minutes of play. In the 43rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ioan Voicu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Club Atlético Temperley's Ioan Voicu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Temperley from getting a goal against them. Marco Villerias kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Pitin in the 59th minute of the match. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Cristiano Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Lopez came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ioan Voicu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Cristiano Correia took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 89th match minute, Club Atlético Temperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Villerias to maneuver through the defense. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ioan Voicu having to interfere. Club Atlético Temperley's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
