Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Aderbal Santos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 3rd minute. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Michael Helström in the 6th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Aderbal Santos made a huge save. After 10 minutes Straedelburgh's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Chile's Xavier Figueroa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aderbal Santos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 11 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aderbal Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Michael Helström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Betão Matorin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 26th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 29 minutes, Caco Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Straedelburgh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caco Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Straedelburgh booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Carballar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Ferrão came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Vilas Boas came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Michael Helström in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Straedelburgh's Sílvio Ferrão. But to his dismay, Sílvio Ferrão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Orlando Casaus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aderbal Santos having to make a save. The Chile players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Straedelburgh were winning 0-1.

Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Helström in the 57th minute of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Helström in the 60th minute of play. The audience cheered when Caco Araújo's long shot passed Thiago Pliego's right side. It was 0-2, 63 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Lluciano Zafrilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Karl-Michael Helström put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Pliego. 71 minutes into the match, Straedelburgh's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Aderbal Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Lluciano Zafrilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Straedelburgh fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aderbal Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. After some careless play in the Straedelburgh defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aderbal Santos. The Straedelburgh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aderbal Santos should have stopped the shot. Karl-Michael Helström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Straedelburgh played a much better game than Chile and deserved their victory. The Chile players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
