Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arturo Di Matteo ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Di Matteo in the 3rd minute of play. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Di Matteo's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Yaniusky Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calenzano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaniusky Pardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arturo Di Matteo scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Arturo Di Matteo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arturo Di Matteo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Barrett having to make a save. In the 20th minute, Arturo Di Matteo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Di Matteo in the 22nd minute of play. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Di Matteo went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 27 minutes into the match, Arturo Di Matteo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Di Matteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute, Arturo Di Matteo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calenzano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Di Matteo went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. A beautiful save bye Curacao's goalie prevented a goal. After 41 minutes, Arturo Di Matteo made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Arturo Di Matteo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Davies was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Arturo Di Matteo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arturo Di Matteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arturo Di Matteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Arturo Di Matteo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Arturo Di Matteo sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 62 in the game by Arturo Di Matteo from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. In the 63rd minute, Calenzano's Arturo Di Matteo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Calenzano's Alessandro Giocondo was substituted for Yaniusky Pardo. Calenzano's Pierrot Leenpoels was substituted for Arturo Di Matteo. Harvey Doyle charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harvey Doyle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Harvey Doyle hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Bruno Barrett was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Pierrot Leenpoels capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pierrot Leenpoels really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Calenzano made a substitution. Ennio Daniele replaced Alessio Santini. 76 minutes into the game, Alessandro Giocondo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. Alessandro Giocondo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. 80 minutes into the game, Calenzano's Pierrot Leenpoels nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierrot Leenpoels in the 83rd minute of play. Pierrot Leenpoels who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pierrot Leenpoels received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruno Barrett came out and tried to block the shot, but Pierrot Leenpoels slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 86th minute. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Pierrot Leenpoels took a quick shot and it went in 0-14 without a chance for Bruno Barrett to make any attempt to save it. The throw-in from Bertie Johnson in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Calenzano's Ahmed Sinan.
