Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tudor Bodea started the match with the kick off. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Isac Drâmba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Unicorns ™'s Codrin Boc. But to his dismay, Codrin Boc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Alexander Carballo hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Codrin Boc notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Geoană. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Bodea in the 24th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Codrin Boc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Isac Drâmba came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig. But to his dismay, Lautaro Puig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurel Huștiu during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Unicorns ™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurel Huștiu to maneuver through the defense. Octavian Chivu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Unicorns ™'s zone, Axel Tasis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Drâmba came out of the goal and Axel Tasis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tudor Bodea in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 40 minutes into the match, Tudor Bodea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tudor Bodea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Aaron Alcocer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Alcocer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Drâmba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. Isac Drâmba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 51st minute of the match. Isac Drâmba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 57 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. Benito Sanz was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Tudor Bodea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tudor Bodea really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 64th minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Isac Drâmba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 69 minutes on the clock, Aurel Huștiu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Axel Tasis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After a rather tough play, Unicorns ™'s Dumitru Geoană got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 74 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Petrică Ţirpescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Costa Rica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Petrică Ţirpescu was slow to take the kick. During this time Unicorns ™'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Petrică Ţirpescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. A collision led to Unicorns ™ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Octavian Chivu hit a great ball. Isac Drâmba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 87 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Codrin Boc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isac Drâmba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isac Drâmba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 95th minute of play.
