The Herbalists Opole fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Czeslaw Pisarczyk should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Czeslaw Pisarczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 81st minute, Mateusz Filipowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Mondrowski charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
