Radoslaw Pilipiec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boguslaw Gargasz's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boguslaw Gargasz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th match minute, Biala Gwiazda SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boguslaw Gargasz to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Biala Gwiazda SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play forced Biala Gwiazda SSA's goalkeeper Radoslaw Pilipiec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Biala Gwiazda SSA's zone, Luis Andino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radoslaw Pilipiec came out of the goal and Luis Andino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radoslaw Pilipiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Pilipiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radoslaw Pilipiec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Biala Gwiazda SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Radoslaw Pilipiec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoslaw Pilipiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernard Wasikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Boguslaw Gargasz made the kick off in the second half. Radoslaw Pilipiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Biala Gwiazda SSA's Radoslaw Pilipiec. Radoslaw Pilipiec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Boguslaw Gargasz got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 58 played minutes Biala Gwiazda SSA got a freekick which was hit by Boguslaw Gargasz. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigiusz Wicherek in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Wasikowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biala Gwiazda SSA's Radoslaw Pilipiec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Biala Gwiazda SSA from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 69th minute. Remigiusz Wicherek took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cezary Adamczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Wasikowski in the 85th minute of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Pilipiec having to interfere. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Biala Gwiazda SSA's Remigiusz Wicherek. But to his dismay, Remigiusz Wicherek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Biala Gwiazda SSA had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
