Durval Aparecido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. In the 17th minute ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ were awarded a corner. Robert Serwacki went to the cornerflag to take it. Haryanto Haryanto-Ie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robert Serwacki took the corner. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Aparecido in the 29th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s Durval Aparecido slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 1-1 after 30 minutes of play. Durval Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes ☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆ got a freekick which was hit by Zhao Yang. After 44 minutes of play, Colombia's Kevin Mastache made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guilherme Zanette was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guilherme Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

☆ PERÓXIDOS ☆'s Wambasther Sneijder was substituted for Cláudio Caniggia. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute, André Luís Zanette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, André Luís Zanette left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luís Zanette in the 66th minute of the match. After 67 minutes, André Luís Zanette made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luís Zanette, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Renan Soares in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Antonio Indiano.
