Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Karl-Michael Helström sped through USA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Day. In the 11th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Straedelburgh getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tomé Cerezo hit a great ball. In the 18th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Sílvio Ferrão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Straedelburgh's goalkeeper Aderbal Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. In the 29th minute of the match, Cassius Byrne got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aderbal Santos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 33 minutes into the match, Straedelburgh's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Aderbal Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Richard Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Straedelburgh's Aderbal Santos got control of the ball when Zach Harrison tried to sneak it across the goal line. When USA's Monty Rogers in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Straedelburgh's goalie prevented a goal. After 42 minutes, Monty Rogers made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Straedelburgh's Aderbal Santos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Karl-Michael Helström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Ferrão in the 54th minute of play. Cassius Byrne scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aderbal Santos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the game, Marcos Vilas Boas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Straedelburgh's Aderbal Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 61st minute of play. Aderbal Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 62nd minute of the match. Aderbal Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 64th minute of play. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Vilas Boas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Karl-Michael Helström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Richard Pinheiro hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. After 72 played minutes Straedelburgh got a freekick which was hit by Richard Pinheiro. In the 74th minute of the match, Richard Pinheiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Day saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jenson Smith in the 76th minute of play forced Straedelburgh's goalkeeper Aderbal Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Vilas Boas in the 77th minute of the match. After 77 minutes of play, Straedelburgh's Marcos Vilas Boas made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Day was left in no man's land by his defense there! USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. 82 minutes into the match, Straedelburgh's Karl-Michael Helström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Straedelburgh were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Caco Araújo took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Sílvio Ferrão managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 87th minute of play forced Straedelburgh's goalkeeper Aderbal Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Sílvio Ferrão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Sílvio Ferrão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Khalid Parry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aderbal Santos was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Aderbal Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the USA players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
