Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gilvan Zonta took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Benjamim Nogueira in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gilvan Zonta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Gilvan Zontas short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Ricardo Zorita to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 18th match minute, Ravenclaw F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertinho Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. Gilvan Zonta took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The supporters of Ravenclaw F. C. booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in El Salvador's zone, Gilvan Zonta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal and Gilvan Zonta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Almir Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Almir Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ravenclaw F. C.'s goalkeeper André Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute of the match El Salvador got a corner. Ravenclaw F. C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mateo Leguizamo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Moises Fernandino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this André Taffarel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 39th minute, Valentino Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan Zonta in the 41st minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Taffarel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 58 minutes, Lorenzo Yepes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Ravenclaw F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lorenzo Yepes kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After some careless play in the El Salvador defense, Gilvan Zonta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. The El Salvador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ricardo Zorita should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, El Salvador's Lorenzo Yepes seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lorenzo Yepes the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of El Salvador protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lorenzo Yepes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 70th minute, one of El Salvador:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Salvador. The referee gave Ravenclaw F. C. a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bruno Cortez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. 4-1. The corner led Ravenclaw F. C.'s Almir Motta to fire away a dangerous shot which Ricardo Zorita despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but André Taffarel made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Jesus Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan Zonta in the 95th minute of the match. Ravenclaw F. C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
