Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loreto Palanques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 13 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. 16 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Loreto Palanques. AlmaToran's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 19th minute Feliciano Contera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Ponce in the 26th minute of the match. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Hipolito Ponce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Hipolito Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Hipolito Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arotza Dobarral was slow to take the kick. During this time AlmaToran's players had a chance to rest. The corner led AlmaToran's Feliciano Contera to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 47th match minute, AlmaToran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arotza Dobarral to maneuver through the defense. The AlmaToran players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Venezuela were winning 0-1.

Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Loreto Palanques skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. AlmaToran's Aztore Aroztegui was substituted for Chale Trabeso. In the 67th minute of the match Arotza Dobarral sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. In the 70th minute, Hipolito Ponce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 73rd minute, Hipolito Ponce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Loreto Palanques made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, AlmaToran's Arotza Dobarral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 85th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Loreto Palanques made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 95th minute. AlmaToran's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
