Wladyslaw Rojewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Tafalla went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Desiderio Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raúl Moreno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raúl Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damaso Madeo made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aldo Apolloni immediately put the ball in play. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wladyslaw Rojewski was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Honduras's Christian Sancho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Damaso Madeo, made in the 28th minute of the game. Desiderio Aballe might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A.Franzoi's goalie prevented a goal. Raúl Moreno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. In the 45th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A.Franzoi's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ivan Navarro hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Christian Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Sancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 minutes of play, C.A.Franzoi's Raúl Moreno made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wladyslaw Rojewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the game, Desiderio Aballe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, C.A.Franzoi's Wladyslaw Rojewski got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th match minute, C.A.Franzoi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Oehen to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, C.A.Franzoi's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tafalla came free, but Wladyslaw Rojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute of the match Honduras got a corner. C.A.Franzoi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Milagros Cabal made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that C.A.Franzoi's Wladyslaw Rojewski managed to reach the ball for a save. Edmundo Espiga did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Wladyslaw Rojewski 74 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wladyslaw Rojewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmundo Espiga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Wladyslaw Rojewski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Milagros Cabal hit a great ball.
