Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Raúl Moreno kicked off to start the match. Raúl Moreno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raúl Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. C.A.Franzoi's Desiderio Aballe got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Joaquin Tavio managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Franzoi's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Tavio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Efrain Moruga got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Raúl Moreno reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 1-0. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. If Joaquin Tavio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wladyslaw Rojewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Axel Tasis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to C.A.Franzoi getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Nuno Trevisan hit a great ball. Wladyslaw Rojewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Tavio came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benito Sanz could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Joaquin Tavio could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raúl Moreno in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Desiderio Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Raúl Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Franzoi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 59th minute, Joaquin Tavio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Noboa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wladyslaw Rojewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Joaquin Tavio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when C.A.Franzoi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Raúl Moreno came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the C.A.Franzoi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raúl Moreno couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Desiderio Aballe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Tavio in the 90th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.A.Franzoi had played much better football throughout.
