Wladyslaw Rojewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. After some careless play in the C.A.Franzoi defense, Isidoro Sarmiento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wladyslaw Rojewski. The C.A.Franzoi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wladyslaw Rojewski should have stopped the shot. In the 23rd minute of the match Panama got a corner. C.A.Franzoi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. Raúl Moreno took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. C.A.Franzoi's Wladyslaw Rojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Alguacil in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wladyslaw Rojewski saved C.A.Franzoi from getting behind. The Panama fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Panama's Abraham Alguacil looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 36th minute of play forced C.A.Franzoi's goalkeeper Wladyslaw Rojewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The corner led to Panama's Miguel Miralles getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Desiderio Aballe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.Franzoi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. In the 47th match minute, C.A.Franzoi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Aballe to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Wladyslaw Rojewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 51st minute of play. Wladyslaw Rojewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Aballe came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wladyslaw Rojewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes C.A.Franzoi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Panama's Jose Carita to a score. 1-4 in the 57th minute. Wladyslaw Rojewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, C.A.Franzoi's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Wladyslaw Rojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wladyslaw Rojewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. A collision led to C.A.Franzoi getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Marcos Aresti hit a great ball. Wladyslaw Rojewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 75th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Panama's Wladyslaw Rojewski threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Berganza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A well-hit corner resulted in Tomas Berganza heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wladyslaw Rojewski having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wladyslaw Rojewski saved C.A.Franzoi from getting behind. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Aballe in the 92nd minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Panama left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.A.Franzoi.
