A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Denis Gipuzkoa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Denis Gipuzkoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Gilabert in the 38th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Gipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ARLO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Michael didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Denis Gipuzkoa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Gilabert in the 64th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho scored 1-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Denis Gipuzkoa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Denis Gipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Cristian Sancho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Gipuzkoa was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 88th minute of play forced ARLO FC's goalkeeper Denis Gipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ARLO FC.
