Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 6th minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Gunvald Glarkrog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhao Xiong Han in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vlad Pâslaru during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Strib Galacticos IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlad Pâslaru to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Joel Gaona in the 10th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gunvald Glarkrog's left hand side. In the 11th minute, Luca Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 13 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Andres Oper got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gunvald Glarkrog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Facundo Cadaval took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gunvald Glarkrog. Gunvald Glarkrog dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andres Oper might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Oper ran back to his position shaking his head. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. After 41 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. In the 42nd minute, Andres Oper got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 49th minute, Leonardo Leoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Gunvald Glarkrog made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Strib Galacticos IF's Davide Ubriaco got a free kick in the 57th minute. Gunvald Glarkrog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 57th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunvald Glarkrog having to interfere. Gunvald Glarkrog was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Alberto Tafalla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alberto Tafalla really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Gunvald Glarkrog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Leonardo Leoz hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Strib Galacticos IF's Hagbard Ribov was substituted for Andres Oper. In the 76th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Leoz to maneuver through the defense. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Gunvald Glarkrog didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Zhao Xiong Han sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Strib Galacticos IF's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunvald Glarkrog came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Timo Rokmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunvald Glarkrog narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 98th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Strib Galacticos IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Strib Galacticos IF.
