Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elmo Lodev started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Hardi Nurmik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elmo Lodev. In the 9th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dušan Kinder was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dušan Kinder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Costa in the 12th minute of the match. Elmo Lodev got in the 16th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jonathan Ferrant handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Dušan Kinder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Aidu Metskonna Pöörased booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hardo Kaar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. After having played for 45 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 51st minute Hardo Kaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dušan Kinder came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aidu Metskonna Pöörased fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! After 65 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 66th minute of the match Gerd Viru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant skillfully saved the ball. Dušan Kinder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 67th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hardo Kaar in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Aidu Metskonna Pöörased booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ilmar Kevade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Hardo Kaar made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. The Venezuela fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
