Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Sotresgudo S.A.D.'s Julian Ludwa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anzhelo Sergev. Anzhelo Sergev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th minute Wieslaw Wiater shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anzhelo Sergev saved Sotresgudo S.A.D. from getting behind. In the 18th minute, Quico Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Wieslaw Wiater sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After 28 played minutes Sotresgudo S.A.D. got a freekick which was hit by Aurre Aballe. In the 28th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anzhelo Sergev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anzhelo Sergev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Anzhelo Sergev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sotresgudo S.A.D. getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gerardo Senio hit a great ball. After 37 played minutes Sotresgudo S.A.D. got a freekick which was hit by Aurre Aballe. Anzhelo Sergev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 45th minute. Julian Ludwa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 54th minute, Sotresgudo S.A.D.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 59 minutes into the game, Aurre Aballe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sotresgudo S.A.D.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Ecuador's Diego Mancebo was substituted for Cristian Sancho. The long shot by Daniel Zorita in the 61st minute really tested Anzhelo Sergev's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 64th match minute, Sotresgudo S.A.D. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurre Aballe to maneuver through the defense. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anzhelo Sergev, 0-3. Diego Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Anzhelo Sergev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 79th match minute, Sotresgudo S.A.D. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wieslaw Wiater to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. Santxo Perpiñán hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 91 minutes into the game, Aristides Briso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sotresgudo S.A.D.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Sotresgudo S.A.D. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Aristides Briso hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Anzhelo Sergev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
