Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francesco Di Lillo got the match started through his kick off. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Sunnyvale FC's Francesco Di Lillo. But to his dismay, Francesco Di Lillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Francesco Di Lillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Rickey McLain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rickey McLain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Carvallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Elija having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Sunnyvale FC's Rickey McLain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Sunnyvale FC's Francesco Di Lillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 4-0 after 24 minutes of play. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Di Lillo in the 31st minute of play. Fernan Gomesano made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. Melchor Elija took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 40th minute of play forced Sunnyvale FC's goalkeeper Melchor Elija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Sunnyvale FC's Melchor Elija. Melchor Elija was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Melchor Elija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Tafalla in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francesco Di Lillo succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-1. Melchor Elija showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sunnyvale FC's goalkeeper Melchor Elija, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Francesco Di Lillo in the 72nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickey McLain in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rickey McLain was slow to take the kick. During this time Sunnyvale FC's players had a chance to rest. Loic Toth hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Sebastian Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Francesco Di Lillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francesco Di Lillo struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunnyvale FC. In the 82nd minute Rickey McLain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Di Lillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Rickey McLain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sunnyvale FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Luca Espinar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Espinar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Elija breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christian Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Sancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Christian Sancho.
