Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Ecuador's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Şükür Hagi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play. In the 11th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grant Blacknell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Cristian Sancho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Grant Blacknell was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Julio Vera didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Leicester Lions's Camron Rhodes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grant Blacknell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Leicester Lions fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Leicester Lions's Şükür Hagi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Grant Blacknell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camron Rhodes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Denzil Howarth. In the 42nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In a very dangerous position, a player in Leicester Lions fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Leicester Lions:s Grant Blacknell showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastien Clifford in the 56th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Leicester Lions getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Will Patton hit a great ball. Şükür Hagi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Leicester Lions's Patryk Plučinský got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Camron Rhodes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. If Şükür Hagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Grant Blacknell in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Şükür Hagi charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şükür Hagi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st match minute, Leicester Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şükür Hagi to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Şükür Hagi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leicester Lions's Jack Sharp was substituted for Alexander Cheetham. 80 minutes into the game, Camron Rhodes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Will Patton in the 85th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Şükür Hagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denzil Howarth during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Leicester Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denzil Howarth didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Will Lemerond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Leicester Lions were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
