Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 14th minute. The corner ended in Edmundo Espiga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Egg Chasers FC's Stuart Caton did a great save. Stuart Caton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmundo Espiga didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 19th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Edmundo Espiga ran dejectedly back to his position. If Edward Preston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. Ivan Navarro made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Villa. 25 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Stuart Caton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. In the 27th minute, Sebastian Villa fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Stuart Caton, passed just outside the right post. Stuart Caton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. With his leg Stuart Caton managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stuart Caton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Stuart Caton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Esteban Carvallo went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 69thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egg Chasers FC's Stuart Caton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Stuart Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Honduras fully deserved thier win.
