Carrapichel Angolano's Balduíno Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 39th minute of play. Balduíno Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 43rd minute of the match. The Carrapichel Angolano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Panama were winning 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Teta Duarte's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teta Duarte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Teta Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes, Panama's Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Balduíno Flores came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Panama reached it. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 59th minute. Carlos Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Tiago Caneças threw the ball into play from the sideline. Panama's Alex Cambeiro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Balduíno Flores saved Carrapichel Angolano from getting behind. In the 87th match minute, Carrapichel Angolano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurício Mendes to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the match was over Panama could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carrapichel Angolano throughout the match.
