Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Blas Beila took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Blas Beila sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blas Beila in the 10th minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Daniel Urbasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gladiadores's Marciano Pettinelli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Playo during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gladiadores getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jacinto Playo hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marciano Pettinelli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. In the 39th minute, Jacinto Playo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Daniel Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Blas Beila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute of the match, Marciano Pettinelli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blas Beila in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Daniel Urbasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Gladiadores's Blas Beila got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Urbasa having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Daniel Urbasa in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. When Pablo Innocenzio came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Gladiadores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Innocenzio couldn't finish the play. Gladiadores made a substitution. Albino Belo replaced Blas Beila. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the match, Pablo Innocenzio notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Belo in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Albino Belo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albino Belo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiadores from getting a goal against them. There was no doubt that Gladiadores were the better team. Gladiadores's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
