An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play forced AL-Bombarralense B's goalkeeper Ivar Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by AL-Bombarralense B's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ivar Björling in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Sidónio Leme sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play forced AL-Bombarralense B's goalkeeper Ivar Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivar Björling was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, AL-Bombarralense B's Loid Verduyckt got a free kick in the 34th minute. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivar Björling was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Armindo Freitas kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Saelices got free with Ivar Björling in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivar Björling was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Agustín Saelices showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 60 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentim Silveira in the 68th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Daniel Zorita charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. A collision led to AL-Bombarralense B getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Valentim Silveira hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ivar Björling, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Ivar Björling didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, AL-Bombarralense B's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Ivar Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Freitas's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
