Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Moises Fernandino got the match started through his kick off. Rex Wall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Zorita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. After 14 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Leguizamo. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Brookman in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Peter Crouch got a free kick in the 17th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Damian Stonehouse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ricardo Zorita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Egg Chasers FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mateo Leguizamo was slow to take the kick. During this time El Salvador's players had a chance to rest. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Brookman in the 34th minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, Egg Chasers FC's Peter Crouch made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute of the game, Joel Groom landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Marco Tamayo fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Marco Tamayo a yellow card for diving instead. Egg Chasers FC made a substitution. Kenny Duckworth replaced Joel Groom. Marco Tamayo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Crouch in the 41st minute of the match. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Moises Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damian Stonehouse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Stonehouse in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Zorita saved El Salvador from getting behind. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthew Brookman in the 54th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Egg Chasers FC's Ricardo Zorita threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matthew Brookman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Damian Stonehouse kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Moises Fernandino hit a great ball. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Damian Stonehouse sent off a good shot on target. If Peter Crouch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Zorita was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Rex Attenborough capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rex Attenborough really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Peter Crouch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricardo Zorita didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 81st minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthew Brookman in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rex Attenborough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. Egg Chasers FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
