Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Straedelburgh's Karl-Michael Helström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Aderbal Santos in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute Marcos Vilas Boas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Straedelburgh were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Caco Araújo took the corner. In the 18th minute, USA's Cassius Byrne ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aderbal Santos. Aderbal Santos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Straedelburgh's Aderbal Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 22nd minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Ferrão in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jenson Smith hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Karl-Michael Helström made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Straedelburgh's Aderbal Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 28th minute of play. Cassius Byrne came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aderbal Santos could save by the left post. 36 minutes into the match, Straedelburgh's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Aderbal Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Marcos Vilas Boas made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Edward Mcdonald hit a great ball. Straedelburgh were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Caco Araújo took the corner. In the 54th minute, Edward Mcdonald ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aderbal Santos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A nice corner shot did that Cassius Byrne got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aderbal Santos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Vilas Boas in the 64th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When USA's Edward Mcdonald in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Straedelburgh's goalie prevented a goal. Aderbal Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aderbal Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 69th minute of the match. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Sílvio Ferrão in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Day, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Karl-Michael Helström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. USA's Monty Rogers suffered a sore thigh after 77 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Caco Araújo fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Straedelburgh's protests and gave Caco Araújo a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Straedelburgh got a freekick which was hit by Caco Araújo. Caco Araújo hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Aderbal Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalid Parry, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Aderbal Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aderbal Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aderbal Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Baker, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
