Mathias Leite was left in no man's land by his defense there! Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Predador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Seco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. In the 44th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 minutes of play, Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathias Leite was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-10.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. Predador's Mathias Leite proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Predador from getting a goal against them. The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Uruguay's Francisco Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Maximiliano Escribano might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathias Leite. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Escribano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alberto Gisbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Francisco Seco could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Mathias Leite however easily saved by the left post. Arturo Carvallo made in the 63rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Predador's Evaristo Antunes. Predador's Mathias Leite proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Predador from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Predador getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Válter Peres hit a great ball. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Predador defense, Francisco Seco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathias Leite. The Predador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathias Leite should have stopped the shot. Francisco Seco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mathias Leite came out and tried to block the shot, but Francisco Seco slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 73rd minute. In the 81st minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathias Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Predador's Mathias Leite proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Predador from getting a goal against them. After 85 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 0-15 with a short kick to the right side. Predador's Mathias Leite tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. The Predador fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uruguay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
