Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mickey Thompson having to interfere. In the 5thth minute of the game Kurt Lobb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kurt Lobb in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mickey Thompson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Lobb, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mickey Thompson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Bristol Bombardiers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Clark to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes Bristol Bombardiers FC got a freekick which was hit by Chaz Patton. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Lobb in the 28th minute of play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Kurt Lobb sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Kurt Lobb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bristol Bombardiers FC's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mickey Thompson came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mickey Thompson came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jake Hardcastle charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jake Hardcastle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bristol Bombardiers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jake Hardcastle didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Bristol Bombardiers FC's Mickey Thompson got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66thth minute of the game Kurt Lobb who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Lobb in the 70th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Bristol Bombardiers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jake Hardcastle in the 78th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. Daryl Burgess kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Ecuador supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ecuador would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
