Jaime Pardo started the match with the kick off. When Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oddspredator.com's goalie prevented a goal. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivan Prats's late challenge caught a Oddspredator.com's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Prats helped the player get up and apologised. Charis Paparigopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 11th minute of the match. Pipis Barbikas might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacobo Nores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pipis Barbikas ran back to his position shaking his head. Pipis Barbikas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Oddspredator.com's Pipis Barbikas. But to his dismay, Pipis Barbikas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Pardo got free with Charis Paparigopoulos in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Charis Paparigopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 37th minute of play. Paraguay's Ivan Prats got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Ivan Prats off the ground. The audience was convinced that Pipis Barbikas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 47th minute, Ntinos Koutris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pipis Barbikas made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Oddspredator.com's Apostolis Maimakis got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Pipis Barbikas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Jacobo Nores skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vaios Mousios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacobo Nores was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Ntinos Koutris capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ntinos Koutris really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Pipis Barbikas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Pipis Barbikas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oddspredator.com were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Paraguay's much stronger midfield.
