SC Otten's Cícero Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 6th minute of play. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Cícero Proença made a huge save. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by I Putu Min Jou, made in the 12th minute of the game. Ture Arenius took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of play forced SC Otten's goalkeeper Cícero Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Jones Cudmore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cícero Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Cícero Proença made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 32nd minute. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Cícero Proença made a huge save. In the 34th minute Ture Arenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cícero Proença made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 36th minute. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ture Arenius in the 43rd minute of the match. Cícero Proença made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Murillo in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Julian Murillo made the kick off in the second half. Cícero Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Cícero Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cícero Proença was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SC Otten's Pankracy Setara was substituted for Ture Arenius. SC Otten made a substitution. Hans Rosenthal replaced Jones Cudmore. SC Otten's Cícero Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 67th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pankracy Setara got free with Rolando Noboa in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Peru's Luz Tejedor got a free kick in the 69th minute. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Pankracy Setara sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of SC Otten's Cícero Proença. Cícero Proença was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luz Tejedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cícero Proença narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 79 played minutes SC Otten got a freekick which was hit by Hans Rosenthal. 83 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Cícero Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. In the 87th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Eliseo Mina went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Hans Rosenthal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cícero Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 92nd minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by I Putu Min Jou in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 94 minutes into the match, Antonio Tenorio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cícero Proença. SC Otten's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antonio Tenorio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
