When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Gianluigi Buffon in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Baltazar Fernandez made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ruy Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apocalipse FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruy Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Baltazar Fernandez made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Gianluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Apocalipse FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Honduras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
