Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Roman Garci started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Willian Cuesta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otsando Fierro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dante Lacasa came out and tried to block the shot, but Otsando Fierro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willian Cuesta came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willian Cuesta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Recai Nusrettin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Willian Cuesta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. After 24 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Cuesta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Recai Nusrettin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Cuesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recai Nusrettin in the 34th minute of play. Joel Gaona kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Recai Nusrettin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 45 minutes into the game, Felix Luque was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARES FC DeusDeFutbol the free kick. In the 45th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 played minutes ARES FC DeusDeFutbol got a freekick which was hit by Otsando Fierro. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

ARES FC DeusDeFutbol made a substitution. Reinhard Apotheker replaced Co Rona. The supporters of ARES FC DeusDeFutbol booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willian Cuesta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Garci in the 61st minute of play. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Muñoz in the 65th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Willian Cuesta could save by the left post. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Willian Cuesta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Willian Cuesta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian Cuesta having to interfere. Willian Cuesta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 89th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Willian Cuesta in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Willian Cuesta, 2-3. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Otsando Fierro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
