Tao Xi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Flames FC's Diego Lopes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Miguel Campos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. After taking down the ball on Flames FC's corner İbrahim Efe Hekimoğlu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. In the 43rd minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tao Xi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joost de Zwart's late challenge caught a Colombia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joost de Zwart helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Joost de Zwart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tao Xi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 47th minute of the match. The Flames FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Colombia were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Flames FC's Miguel Campos made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 57 played minutes Flames FC got a freekick which was hit by Joost de Zwart. In the 64th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tao Xi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Flames FC's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Tao Xi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flames FC's Tao Xi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Alican İçten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alican İçten took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Flames FC made a substitution. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alican İçten in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Lopes in the 80th minute of play. Diego Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Diego Lopes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 85th minute of play forced Flames FC's goalkeeper Tao Xi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flames FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
