A collision led to Xv de Piracicaba getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ye Qiang Lei hit a great ball. Sebastian Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramon Menezes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 19th minute of play forced Xv de Piracicaba's goalkeeper Sebastian Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th match minute, Xv de Piracicaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Rocchi to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Txatxu in the 28th minute of the match. Ramon Menezes struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xv de Piracicaba. Ramon Menezes came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. Sebastian Sandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Xv de Piracicaba getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Meng Jie Xing hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Txatxu in the 46th minute of the match. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Xv de Piracicaba's Ramon Menezes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Ramon Menezes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Ramon Menezes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Jeronimo Txatxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th match minute, Xv de Piracicaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meng Jie Xing to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Txatxu in the 70th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Sandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes Xv de Piracicaba's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Xv de Piracicaba's Sebastian Sandberg did a great save. 75 minutes into the match, Alfredo Rocchi notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 78th minute Jeronimo Txatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Min Son who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Xv de Piracicaba's corner Min Son fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Txatxu in the 82nd minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Rocchi in the 84th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Rocchi in the 88th minute of play. Ander Uibomäe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, Xv de Piracicaba's Ramon Menezes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xv de Piracicaba walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
