Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Castulo in the 2nd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Castulo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Jorge Sainz got a free kick in the 7th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Teodoro Castulo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Teodoro Castulo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evelio Firmo might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evelio Firmo ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Castulo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 15 minutes into the match, Benemy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Seco came free, but Leszek Barniszke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leszek Barniszke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teodoro Castulo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeremias Alfonso kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Leszek Barniszke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Leszek Barniszke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 25th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Gisbert during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute Santos Tiso suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Alberto Gisbert was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert got a free kick in the 39th minute. Camilo Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro Castulo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Teodoro Castulo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 54 played minutes Benemy FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Firmo. Benemy FC's Leszek Barniszke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 60th minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Castulo's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. When Ambrosio Kiliz fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Benemy FC's protests and gave Ambrosio Kiliz a yellow card for diving instead. When Teodoro Castulo came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Benemy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Castulo couldn't finish the play. Teodoro Castulo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Castulo in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. In the 79th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Escribano to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Francisco Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leszek Barniszke was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Firmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benemy FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Uruguay for a fine match.
