Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Ralles Bollklubb getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Alfons Påk hit a great ball. Leif Classon's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Berganza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristian Odén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bengt Colin made a kick off. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Colin in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 59th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ralles Bollklubb's Örjan Isaksson got a free kick in the 89th minute. Tomas Berganza charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Berganza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ralles Bollklubb had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
