Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Leo Piearres struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delaostia C.F. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Löv in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Delaostia C.F's Asmadi Subagio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Piearres's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 35th minute. Octav Lupșoiu scored 0-4 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Delaostia C.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Peyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ove Löv had to leave the field with a concussion. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. Delaostia C.F made a substitution. Benedicto Bernat replaced Ove Löv. In the 58th minute of the match, Leo Piearres tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jose Correa got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 62 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Leo Piearres received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Leo Piearres slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 63rd minute. With an all-out effort, Delaostia C.F's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leo Piearres, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the game, Asmadi Subagio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Octav Lupșoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Octav Lupșoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Benedicto Bernat, made in the 92nd minute of the game. Asmadi Subagio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delaostia C.F's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
