Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Cyprian Rosen tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Recolta Alamor's Allan Caudill got a free kick in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Recolta Alamor's Chris Bateman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Bateman in the 15th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cyprian Rosen who took care of the corner kick. In the 24thth minute of the game Chris Bateman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Bateman in the 28th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chris Bateman went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Bateman to make the kick off. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Bateman in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes, Guillermo Mariano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Recolta Alamor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Recolta Alamor booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Chris Bateman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Guillermo Mariano got a throw-in 61 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theodore Cagle in the 67th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Chris Bateman notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yoel Quevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 85th minute of play. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Norman Donnelly came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yoel Quevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 94th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Donnelly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Recolta Alamor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
